Fees

Dump Trailer Rental

$300 for the trailer to be on your site for up to 3 days. This includes the disposal fees at the local land fill.

Normal household remodeling waste items are welcomed. Paint cans need to be opened and contents completely dried.

Separate arrangements can be made for roofing shingles, concrete, and tires.

Special Items

Concrete, Roofing shingles, Tires, etc.

Most heavy items are dump cost plus $75.

Example: Two layers of shingles from an 1,800 sq ft house would cost approximately $320 + $75.

Tires: there will be a per tire fee of $10

Appliances, $40 per item.

Mattress, $50. Box spring, $20.

Appliances with freon based coolant, such as refrigerators and freezers, have an additional hazmat fee of $40 per item.

Hazmat fee will be waived with documents showing prior freon recovery from a licensed company.
